长得像俊扬??

Another person said I looked like him. No matter how I look, I think the only similarity are the eyebrows. Well, at least he is young and good looking. Much better than people telling me that I look like Mr Bean. :p

Sent my Fuji Digital camera for repair on Thursday. Have to go all the way to Paya Lebah where the service center is located, so out of the way :( seems like they purposely puts a time bomb in your camera and locate the service center at some remote areas so that you will give up and get a new camera once the old one quits. Left my digi cam with them as the gal at the counter has to wait for their technician to make an assessment on how much it will cost me to repair. Till now I have yet to receive a call from their technician on the cost.

Saturday 29th have to work :( supposed to be going in the afternoon but KS boss was so worried that things won't go smooth and insisted that me and my supervisor to go before 9am. If the thing don't work, I go at 7am it still don't work, besides, the other team members has tested it the night before. Maybe he just on the cautious side.

What you appreciate most about Singapore

Exams over. Was a relatively easy paper only if I have understand more :( Anyway, it's over. Not point crying over spilled milk. Now can only 求神拜佛+听天由命 and hope I can pull through.

Anyway, this morning as I goes back to work, Class 95 post this question to the listeners "What you appreciate most about Singapore" The usual, safe, food etc came up. Suddenly a thought struck me so I sms to Class 95 and it actually got read out over the air.

Fly Dutchman:"Eric says he appreciate that we can drink water straight from the tap. Nice"
Glenn Ong: "Nice"

Why I said that because when I go diving, there are places where you have to buy water for drinking. A very basic and essential thing in life. Imagine being extremely thirsty and you forgot to buy drinking water but you can't just drink from the tap, here we can. ;P

Usually we will appreciate things that we often take for granted ONLY after we lost it.

What you appreciate about Singapore?

New toy

Did badly for my exam :( but I don't cry over spilled milk. Have to work harder for my next paper.

Got a brand new laptop from the company. Love it! It's ACER TravelMate 3000. Very small and stylish. Only set back is..... I will have more work. Has already installed all the necessary softwares to do programming and crystal reporting.
Like a kid enciously enticipating his new Christmas presents, excited but all things comes with a price. Mine is increase workload and risk of having my eyes sight and hands damaged.

今日出关,功未炼成。华山论剑,必死无疑!

Last this evening I will be taking my Maths examination. It has been such a long time since I last took an examination.

I am on leave since last Thursday but am ashame to say that I have not been studying hard enough, in fact, don't think I actually studied. Have been lazing around too much and seems of ill prepared. Maybe it is the false senses of confidence knowing the fact that we are allowed to bring in a handbook and I have copied the pass year questions and answer into it.

I better get back to the books and try squeeze whatever I can into the storage space above my neck :p

P.S. my blogger looks weird :( the icons are by the left hand side instead of on the top and I got a really small window to write.

I need a tan!!

Supposed to be studying but I took a break and went to Olive Tree for tea with M (someone I got to know from one of J's singles parties). Have not seen her for almost a year.

She made a comment: "you have not been diving have you? cos you look fair"

OH NO!! I really needs a tan. Good thing is I am heading to Tioman for a weekend dive trip this coming Friday to Sunday. Guess besides diving I will be spending most of my tan at the beach tanning... and studying for my next paper on the 19th October.
