Didn't know it can be so heartless and cruel

Company DBA was asked to leave yesterday... immediately and right at the client's site. Yes, he did made some mistakes and his head was on the chopping block but I did not expect him to leave so suddenly and right at the client's site. I would expect him to be called back to office, asked to return pass and laptop before leaving and passing everything to us and just walk out. The boss sent email out asking us not to send him anything and ban him from coming to the client premises.


My company can be so heartless and cruel then again, What do you expect from a company where the CEO left after just 3 years (some suspect she was ASKED to leave)
