Pissed!

Maybe I am having my PMS today but an old friend really pissed me off this evening.

I was tasked to get vouchers for a common ex colleague, as I gathered the people to share, I got a total of $285 with some paying $15 and some $20. Naturally, I am going to pay $20 even though it was not my idea of giving $15. Since it was weird to get vouchers for $285 I decided to get $280 and a card for $5 so it will all add up. On that day itself, I realized I missed out one gal who is paying $15. Having that extra $15, I asked one of my ex colleagues to return $5 each to the other 2 current colleagues of his who had paid $20 initially. I admit I gave myself a discount (with that extra $5 left) so now I am paying $15 as well (card inclusive... hey! the card cost money to buy you know and why should I be paying for it)

This old friend asked me how much he owes me, I told him $20 and said if he wants to pay me $15 is okay as well because of the miscalculation I made. Guess what he said, "in order not to give you a big profit, I will share your profit and give you $15"

I was like "WHAT THE FUCK!!" since when I want to make profit out of such things? NEVER in my life I made profit from friends. Even if they want something which I got via other friends at a discounted rate, I will sell them at the discount rate without even charging transportation cost. If he think that I am making a profit he can jolly well not pay me. To me, $20 to get to know someone better is priceless. $20 not going to make me the richest man in Singapore even if I strike TOTO with it.

I HATE to be maligned. Tell me if you think I did something wrong, I will apologies and change IF I am really in the wrong. Don't fucking put words into my mouth or maligned me.

Think I better go sleep (the weather strongly encourage this action) and forget about this whole thing. Later at 3.30am got to wake up to cheer my beloved Liverpool :)
